02Can I use my own garage?
Tell us where you've booked the test. We can check transport to your chosen garage and discuss the return.
03Is the MOT fee included?
We'll explain the transport price and any separate garage charges before you book. Don't assume the test is included in a transport quote.
04What if the car fails?
We'll discuss the outcome and transport options with you. Repairs and any further testing are separate arrangements with the garage.
05Can I book if my car won't start?
Call and tell us what's happened. We'll check whether recovery to the garage is suitable, rather than ask you to diagnose it yourself.
