01Do I book the garage appointment myself?
Yes. Book the service or repair with your chosen garage, then speak to KYS about transporting the car. The garage handles the mechanical work.
02Do KYS carry out the servicing or repairs?
This service is collection and delivery. Servicing, repairs and their costs are agreed separately with the garage you choose.
03Can you bring my car back after the work is done?
Discuss both journeys when you call. We'll confirm what we can arrange, then agree the return timing once the garage knows when the car will be ready.
04Can you collect a car that won't start?
Tell us what's happened and we'll check the vehicle with you. You don't need to diagnose the fault before calling.
05Does the quote include the return journey?
We'll make that clear before you book. A one-way move and a collection-and-return booking are different jobs, so don't assume the return is included unless agreed.
