Can KYS help?
If it cannot be driven safely, call.
A breakdown is not always a completely dead vehicle. If a warning light, tyre problem or mechanical fault means continuing could be unsafe, stop somewhere safe and tell KYS what has happened.
Battery or electrical problem
If the vehicle has no power or will not turn over, call and explain what it is doing.
Puncture or tyre damage
No usable spare, damaged wheel or a tyre that is not safe to drive on.
Mechanical failure
Engine, clutch, gearbox or another fault that means the vehicle cannot continue safely.
Vehicle off the road
If the car cannot be driven after an incident, KYS can discuss safe recovery.
Recovery to a garage or home
Agree where the vehicle needs to go before it is collected and moved.

No. Just give us a call. We'll ask a few simple questions and work through the rest with you. You don't need photos or a location pin to get in touch.

Yes. Give KYS the garage name or destination when you call so the route and job can be discussed.
03Do you cover areas outside Peterborough?

04Can I message instead of calling?
